Bronto Artic Challenge Update 2
Day three – Lapland
Its day three and the Bronto Artic challenge team has woken to a change in the weather which will lead to a hard day today, particularly as much of the day will be spent trekking above the tree line, as the intrepid six head for a shelter on Lake Luiro (Luirojärvi).
Here is the bulletin we received this morning
“It is 9.30 and we are ready to go. Weather has changed dramatically during the night. Visibility is quite poor with strong wind and snowfall. We are off above the treeline again for our final leg to Lake Luiro. Hopefully we will be able to find and follow somebody’s existing tracks. The team.”
