February/March 2023 – Vol. 25, Issue 1 Conexpo 2023 preview (PDF, 1.06 MB)
Conexpo 2020 will be remembered as the ‘Covid 19’ show when the reality of the pandemic really hit home for most of us. This year North America’s largest construction equipment show should be back in full swing, the first of the big international construction equipment exhibitions to be operating as normal in terms of timing. While some of the major companies will not attend, there will still be plenty to see. We round up some of the potential highlights.

February/March 2023 – Vol. 25, Issue 1 Vertikal Days first preview (PDF, 657.48 KB)
This year’s Vertikal Days returns to Peterborough on the 10th and 11th May - a few days after the King’s Coronation - with a fully loaded display of the latest lifting equipment. We outline the show’s major elements and new exhibitors. The full Vertikal Days Show Guide will be in next month’s C&A.

November/December 2022 – Vol. 24, Issue 7 Bauma review (PDF, 2.2 MB)
Despite most large western aerial lift manufacturers boycotting the show, there were still plenty of new products to see at this year’s Bauma. We have an extended pictorial review.

With Bauma rapidly approaching, this is the second of our previews covering news of what to expect in terms of new products to be launched at the show. Even though several major manufacturers have decided not to attend this year, the show will have lots of new access, crane and telehandler premiers.

Bauma is by far and away the largest equipment show on earth, dwarfing the other big international exhibitions by any measure you may choose. This year’s event, originally scheduled for April, has been pushed back to late October. This year’s Vertikal Days returned to the East of England Showground in Peterborough at its traditional time of year. This extended review is purely pictorial but even then, with so many products and exhibitors it was impossible to cover every stand or exhibit.
