Scissors, ladder and plank

Sent in by a reader in the UK, a man combining a scissor lift with ladder and planks to reach his work.

Our correspondent says he has no idea when and where this was but he came across it recently and thought of our Death Wish Series.

Scissor lift, plank and ladder and yet this is about as unsafe as you can get

The man is using a long plank and a short step ladder to reach a point on the wall above the stairs, what he really needs is a boom lift of some kind, or if not a scaffold tower or two. The chances of this stunt going wrong and him ending up splattered all over the stairs is pretty high. His fall is likely to be at least three metres, with the chances of a fatality or very serious injury

This case, gives us a sense of deja-vu, but were not able to track a similar one among the 500 or so Death Wish reports, so perhaps one of you might recognise it and let us know when and where it was– more out of curiosity than anything else.
