Wiberg retires

Svante Wiberg of Dino Lift AB in Sweden is retiring after a long career in the access industry.

Wiberg, 60, has been one the Finnish manufacturer’s top salesmen since he joined the company around six years ago.

Wiberg started out in the alloy scaffold tower market where he built up a strong reputation before establishing Svensk Bygglift with Jan Bratowski, selling new and used aerial lifts as well as alloy towers. It was absorbed into rental company Stavdal and becoming the JLG dealer before being acquired, along with Sima and Kumla Maskin by JLG in late 2000.

Wiberg stayed with the business and ran JLG Sweden until joining Dino Lift in 2004. Lars-Petter Godenhielm, managing director of Dinolift Oy said: Svante along with Per Sten at Dino Lift AB helped expand our share of the Swedish trailer mounted platform market significantly.
