Michael Sullivan 1950 - 2010

Michael Sullivan, a well known aerial lift salesman at United Rentals in New York has died following a sudden heart attack, he was 60.

Prior to joining United Sullivan was employed by McClinch Equipment, having entered the aerial lift market in 1983.

While he was most certainly best known within the New York area he also sold equipment overseas form time to time and is known over a much larger area than his home patch.

A United Rentals statement said: “Mike was kind and compassionate to everyone he met. He built strong relationships with his customers throughout the years. His co-workers joked that he struggled to ever say ‘No’ to them.”

Sullivan is survived by wife Rosemary, his two children Matthew and Megan and a granddaughter Adrianna.
