New Grove dealer in Denmark
Manitowoc has appointed UN Maskinservice as the dealer for Grove mobile cranes in Denmark.
UN has been the official Grove service partner in Denmark for more than 16 years, and takes over the sales from Karl Otte Kaa, who sold under the name of Grove Denmark, following his retirement.
UN Maskinservice based in Sorring in the centre of Jutland and has been in the crane business since 1988 and employs around 20 people. It also distributes Sennebogen cranes and material handling equipment and Orlaco boom nose cameras.
Grove has been present on the Danish market for more than 40 years and has a market share of around 30 percent.
Niels Hoffman, general manager of UN, said: “We are proud to be handling sales of Grove cranes. There is a strong customer base for Grove in Denmark, and we are very familiar with the market and have good relations to the key figures at the factory in Wilhelmshaven, where the mobile cranes are manufactured”.
