Tutt Bryant delists

Tat Hong has completed its full takeover of the Tutt Bryant Group, acquiring all of the shares that it did not already own. As a result Tutt Bryant will be delisted today from the Australian stock market.

Tutt Bryant is one of Australia’s largest crane rental companies and owns, Muswellbrook Crane Services, Bradshaw Ultra Heavy Haulage and Tutt Bryant Crane Hire, is is also bug in general rental including access equipment and crane and sales and distribution through EQ Hire, BT Equipment, Kingston Industries and Paramount Hire Services.
