Coates takes over Millennium

Australian based Coates Hire reached an agreement to acquire the assets and business of Millennium Access Rentals, and takes over the operations as of this morning.

Millennium, which was founded in 1998, is based in Baulkham Hills, a suburb of Sydney to the north west of the city. No details of the deal have been released but customers have all been informed via a letter dated Thursday, setting out the new invoicing and payment terms that apply as of this morning.
