JLG launches new version of Liftpod

JLG has announced a new ANSI/CSA version of its smaller - FS60 1.8 metre platform height LiftPod.

The LiftPod FS60 still breaks down into three components for transport and can be powered either by a power drill or an optional power pack. The unit features a 150kg lift capacity, inward opening gate and manual emergency descent.

Randy Marzicola, director – channel development at JLG said: “We listened to our customers and developed the FS60 in response to their requests for a model that can fit through doorways and under eight foot ceilings. We also added casters to the back wheels, which further improves the mobility and portability of the lift, while increasing efficiency for our customers.”

The new FS60 will be priced in the USA at under $2,000. The higher, 2.4 metre platform height FS80 is still available.
