Zoomlion crawlers go to Global

Chinese based crane manufacturer Zoomlion has given the North American distribution rights for its crawler crane products to Global Crane which also handles its Rough Terrain crane line.

Until now CIFA, which handles other Zoomlion products, looked after crawler crane sales. Global was given worldwide master distribution rights for the Zoomlion Rough Terrains early last year.

Zoomlion crawler cranes at Conexpo

The new agreement was signed on the Zoomlion stand at the Conexpo this week. Global Crane will be promoting four ANSI-certified Zoomlion crawler crane models:
•QUY 80 – 80 tonnes
•QUY 160 – 160 tonnes.
•QUY 260 – 260 tonnes
•QUY 350 – 350 tonnes

Global Crane vice president Uri Toudjarov said: “We’ve had a great first year with the Zoomlion rough terrains, with significant deliveries worldwide and a full order book. Zoomlion has recognised what we have achieved in partnership with them, and we are really excited that our relationship is being further developed with this additional distributor agreement.”
