New Terex AWP/Genie service centre

Terex Aerial Work Platforms/Genie has opened a new 90,000 sq ft service centre in Stockton, California.

The new facility merges the company's Modesto, California refurbishment and Sacramento, service centres. The new facility will cover aerial lifts, utility and construction equipment for Western region customers. The facility includes a large paint booth, a small paint booth and a sponge blast booth.

Stockton plant

This facility brings the total number of Terex service centres to 16, with more than 200 field and service technicians located throughout the United States. In addition to routine product support the facilities now offer annual inspections, maintenance contracts, damage and routine repairs and insurance estimates.

“The new facility provides improved access to maintenance, refurbishment and warranty services for our customers across the Western region,” said Siva Balakrishnan, vice president of global services, Terex AWP. “The new centre combines the strengths of the previous locations with the latest advancements in customer services.”
