Vertikal Days bigger than ever

This year’s Vertikal Days is shaping up to be biggest ever, with more exhibitors, more visitors and more space.

The UK based event will be held this year on June 22nd and 23rd at Haydock Park near Manchester. Now in its fifth year the show will benefit from a number of new exhibitors, several of which will show off new products.

The event has always been a strong access event and this year will be no exception with most manufacturers attending either directly or in partnership with local distributors. The biggest change this year is the arrival of more ancillary product suppliers, more loader crane and allow tower producers in the ALLMI and PASMA villages and two more large crane manufacturers.

Visitors are show the Youngman BoSS X3

This will be the first year in which Terex Cranes exhibits, alongside UK Cranes/Tadano-Faun, Liebherr, Manitowoc, NRC/Link-Belt, and Crowland/Zoomlion/Ormig, GGR Unic/Galizia and Maeda, giving an excellent display of mobile and crawler cranes.

Liebherr is taking the opportunity to demonstrate its new All Terrain/City crane the unique LTC 1045-3 with its telescopic chassis/superstructure cab mounting. Zoomlion will also have its latest 35 tonne three axle truck crane on show, the result of several year’s development to produce a replacement for the highly popular Kato/Tadano truck cranes that were so popular until they were withdrawn from the market over 12 years ago.

The Liebherr LTC1045-3 will be actively demonstrated at Vertikal Days

Telehandlers will also be well represented with some new products on display while a number of new truck mounted lifts, spider lifts, self-propelled and push-around lifts will also be revealed.

The event will also feature a wide range of short seminars and workshops, covering subjects as diverse as checking customers for credit worthiness, to getting the most out of your rental software to cutting the cost of battery ownership on aerial lifts, to the sensible calculation of outrigger mat sizes.

The format remains the same with all hospitality included from coffee and soft drinks to a first class hot lunch and free parking for all visitors. Registration is open on line and exhibitors already have large quantities of free entrance tickets to hand out to their customers. For those able to attend the evening networking event, an excellent band has been booked and we are working to add more capacity, but space will be limited to exhibitors and their guests.

Manufacturers or service suppliers that have yet to book a stand will find that there are still a few good spots available, but they are going fast. As we head towards the final eight week countdown we will be adding updates on exhibits and seminars etc... on this web site and through our media partners.
