Terex launches Demag offer

As predicted Terex has formally launched its offer for Demag Cranes giving Demag shareholders until the end of June to decide on whether to accept its €41.75 per share cash offer or not...

The offer represents a 41 percent premium on Demag's closing price on Oct. 6, 2010, before the offer speculation began but is well below the current price which edged up to €46.81 on the news.
