Guess its age

Among all the new models at Apex this week one of the many machines on the Holland Lift stand is not what it seems.

You may be hard pressed to spot it but one of the heavy duty scissors on display is well past its sell by date.

The unit has in fact been in Loxam’s fleet for many years but is one of three units that have worked in the fleet for more than 10 years – you try and guess how much longer than 10 – and that have been given a full refurbishment by Servi-Tec, Holland Lifts German based service division.

Check out the red Holland Lift and guess its real age... you might be surprised

At a cost of around half the new price and a remaining life of at least eight years, the proposition is attractive. We are not sure if Holland Lift is giving any prize for a correct guess, but it is well worth a stop and look-see.
