European operations director for Terex AWP

Terex AWP/Genie has appointed David Hopper as operations director for Europe Africa and the Middle East region. He was previously the regional director of Terex management system and head of UK operations.

David Hopper

In his new role Hopper has the added responsibilities of customer service, pre-delivery inspections, order planning, operations, logistics and delivery of machinery and spare parts throughout the region.

Hopper joined Terex in 2008 having worked previously for DHL Exel Logistics, prior to that he spent eight years with Unipart, mostly in logistics management roles, working with clients such as Nissan, Volkswagen, Boots, Vodafone, Hewlett Packard etc.... In his new role, he is based in Grantham, England and reports directly to Joe George managing director, for Europe Africa and the Middle East.
