Hanging on the balcony

Spotted by a reader in California, a man who appears to be fixing the gutter downpipe on an upper floor of an apartment block- without any access equipment.

Clearly needing to reach the downpipe the man has decided that the easiest way is simply to stand on the handrail/guardrails of the balcony – holding on with one hand while the other does whatever work needs to be done.

We are not sure how high up the man is but clearly a slip and fall will result in a serious injury or death…Classic Death Wish…
