SkyAces moves into Norway and Austria

Italian specialist truck mounted lift manufacturer SkyAces has appointed new dealers in Austria and Norway.

In Norway the company has selected the Genie distributor, Hybeko which operates from four locations in Skien, Bergen, Oslo and Trondheim. The company, founded in 1972, also handles Dino lift, PB Liftteknik, and Leguan.

Hybeko chief executive and owner, Svein Inge Forland said: “Hybeko has chosen to include TunLift from SkyAces in its range of products because it is an innovative product in a growing market. Norway is a country full of tunnels, both for roads and railways. With an increased focus on efficiency, safety and environment, a need for tailor made solutions on installation and maintenance will arise. As the dealer, we will put our efforts down together with our customers to make this product a success”.

In Austria SkyAces has selected Steyr truck sales and services International, a company that produces 4x4 military vehicles and sells a range of road milling and maintenance machines. Based in Waldneukirchen to the south of Linz, the company sees great potential for SkyAces Tunlift – truck mounted tunnel maintenance lift – given the number of tunnels in the country.
