New dealer for Altec and Cumberland/Socage
Ireland-based health and safety company SafeFirst has been appointed as a dealer for Altec and Cumberland/Socage for Ireland. The Belfast-based company has already notched up several sales.
At the end of November it sold its first Socage 314 Land Rover 110 Defender to a rental company in the soouthern Ireland. It also sold a 130 Land Rover Defender with A314 platform to a large utility company vehicle supplier in Northern Ireland.

The open day/dealership launch at the SafeFirst premises in Belfast
SafeFirst reports that “customers and operators are pleased with the handling and durability of the equipment" and has had only good responses from all companies and councils that have had the platforms on demonstration.

The company has also been demonstrating the Altec DB35 Digger Derrick to various utility companies throughout Ireland and given the positive feedback is confident of orders this year.
