Man electrocuted in Holland
A man was electrocuted last week in the village of Asch, in Gelderland, the Netherlands after the aerial lift he was working from came into contact with an overhead power line.
The man was pruning trees at the time when, according to local reports, a limb of the tree that he had cut landed on the power lines and formed a connection to the aerial lift, electrocuting him.
The incident caused a power outage to the region around the town of Culemborg, to the south of Utrecht, depriving around 42,000 homes of electricity.
