Fatal incident may not have been a crane
Reports of a fatal crane accident in County Donegal which involved contact with overhead wires yesterday, may in fact have been an excavator?
The operator Eamonn Bonner, 42, died on a water scheme near Dunlewey, we understand that he worked for Kilmac Construction and normally operated an excavator or telehandler.

It was a mobile telescopic crane, the operator was not hurt but a man holding a shutter died when the crane struck the overhead lines.
