New Colorado centre for Terex Equipment Services

Terex Equipment Services (TES) Colorado service centre celebrates 10 years by relocating into larger premises. The Commerce City centre has now moved to a significantly larger (5,400 sq ft to 31,500 sq ft) site in Aurora, Colorado.

The facility will service Genie, Terex utility and other equipment. The new location's facilities allow for the inspection, repair and service of aerial, hydraulic, electric and hybrid equipment. The additional space also allows for easier movement and storage of the equipment.

“Our customers are increasingly expressing the need for repair and maintenance work performed by experts,” said Siva Balakrishnan, Terex AWP vice president global services. “This expansion is integral to continuing growth and delivering value-added services for customers in the Rocky Mountain region.”

The Colorado Service Centre employs 20 staff and its new branch manager, Dave Vance, will report directly to Richard Gunderman, TES Terex AWP director of operations. There are 14 TES service centres and more than 200 field and service technicians located throughout the USA.
