A 150ft Easi UpLifts JLG 1500SJ boom lift supported the Volvo Ocean Race Grand Finale in Galway.

The move follows the access company’s commitment to Volvo chassis for all of its larger truck mounted lifts. The company has just taken delivery of two 90 metre and one 70 metre Bronto truck mounts from its recent order for six machines. A second 70 metre is due for delivery later this month, with another 70 and 90 metre arriving in early 2013.

All three 90 metre units are mounted on a 48 tonne Volvo chassis with double axle front steering and double rear axle drive and steer for greater manouverability.
