28 Youngman scissors for Prolift

UK based rental company Prolift Access of Wellington in Somerset has added 25 Youngman BoSS X3X push-around scissor lifts to its fleet, along with three X3X-SP self-propelled models.

The X3X-SP has a working height of 5.14 metres and a 150 kg platform capacity yet weighs just 495 kg making it ideal for areas with suspended floors or upper storeys.
The new machines were purchased through Youngman distributor Access Platform Sales.

Established just three years ago, Prolift Access now has a fleet of 262 machines with working heights up to 18 metres over two locations.

Prolift’s managing director Andy Pearson said: “We had trials of a few different makes of small scissor lift which showed us that, that in our opinion, Youngman offered the best combination of performance, lightness, ease of maintenance and parts interchangeability.”
