Terex to release results on Tuesday

Terex Corporation will be releasing its first quarter 2005 financial results to the wire services on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 after the market closes in the USA.

The company's announcement made no mention of the 2004 results which have yet to be formally concluded or filed.

The delays are due to errors discovered in the 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 accounts.
