BJW exits

UK based BJW Crane Hire Ltd has entered into a liquidation process, the paperwork is dated 15th November and was approved by a creditors meeting on that day.

The company, which is based in Scunthorpe, was founded in 1990 and is part of engineering company the Stocks group -owned by David and Shirley Stocks, they have appointed Redman Nichols Butler to deal with the liquidation.

The company has a fleet of mobile All Terrain cranes topped by a 100 tonner and also runs self-erecting mobile tower cranes. We do not have any further information at this stage.

UPDATE

We understand that a deal is likely to be done selling the assets to another UK crane rental company based in the North Wales/North West area. In the meantime the business will continue to trade.
