Maurice Bernard 1969 - 2012

We have heard the sad news of the unexpected and premature passing of Maurice Bernard of Xtra Materieel, Rotterdam, age 43.

Bernard was instrumental in the founding and building of the Rotterdam rental company which was established in 1998 and runs a fleet of general and access equipment. A note from the company said:

"We are sad to pass on the news of the very sudden and unexpected death of our friend and colleague Maurice Bernard. He played a huge and very significant role in the founding and building of Xtra Materieel, his knowledge, commitment and optimistic outlook on life, we will be greatly missed, we send our deepest condolences to his wife Sonja and the family.”
