Another fatal construction incident in Mumbai
Three men were killed and six others injured when a launching crane dropped a 28 metre long concrete bridge element at a construction site in Mumbai, India on Wednesday, trapping a number of workers under the rubble.
The dead men were working on the bridge, which will connect the Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport to the highway.

While the failure appears to be down to an improper rigging and operatioon, at least one mobile crane was involved and suffered a buckled boom, possibly after having got caught up in the collapse?
