AGS restructures

AGS, the French based manufacturer of anti-collision and safety system for tower cranes, has restructured its subsidiaries to remain in step with its growth.

The company, which now operates as AGS Group, recently opened three new subsidiaries in France, Rhône-Alpes, Île-de-France and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur as well as divide its Fitec subsidiary into Fitec Energy and Fitec Industry. AGS now has 10 subsidiaries around the world.

The company said: “We are keen to pursue our international growth and be in a position to cater for our customers' requirements. Simplified process flows, improved response times and increased resources of our local services are our short and medium term goals, while also aiming to increase our export volume.”
