The chassis incorporates hydraulically height- and width adjustable tracks and features three different stabiliser configurations, all of which can be set automatically. The 21 will also feature the popular corner-mounted basket with 180 rotation from the Leo 23GT. Standard power source is 230 volt AC electric, with the option of a Briggs&Stratton petrol or a Kubota diesel engine.

Teupen’s director of research and development Tobias Ritzenhoefer said: “The high basket load and huge outreach were achieved thanks to several innovations in lightweight steel construction, together with state-of-the-art forming and welding processes. The new structure of the profile forms and use of high-strength steel with thin but extremely rigid walls ensures unprecedented strength together with the highest levels of safety.”
