Snorkel receives more approaches

Tanfield says that it has received further expressions of interest to acquire the Snorkel aerial lift business.

As a result it has appointed a mergers and acquisition adviser to follow up the possible sale of the business. In the meantime its recent placement of new shares will raise £2.1 million gross of new capital.
