New Telehandler manager at JLG

JLG has appointed Glynn Stanton as telehandler sales and distribution manager for JLG in the UK and Ireland. He will be based at the company’s offices in Middleton, Greater Manchester.

Stanton spent around 16 years with Merlo UK in a number of sales and management positions, culminating at general sales manager until he departed a year ago. Since when he has worked on a consulting basis for Made Closer.

Jonathan Dawson, JLG senior director sales, distribution and customer support for the Europe, Africa Middle East region said: “Glyn has much experience developing a dedicated dealer network and strategic expansion of sales in the UK and Irish market. He will take the lead role in the UK in growing our telehandler business.”
