CTE revises ZED 20.2 capabilities

Italian aerial lift manufacturer CTE has improved the working envelope of its second generation 20 metre ZED 20.2 HV truck mounted lift with its outriggers in the straight down, narrow setting, which remains within the machines overall width of 2.2 metres.

The lift can now maintain its full 300kg capacity at maximum outreach of 9.2 metres when within an 80 degree arc over the rear of the truck – 40 degrees either side of centre. Over the side outreach with 300kg remains limited to 5.5 metres while it can take up to 120kg to its full reach.

When outriggers are extended the 300kg platform capacity is unrestricted. The company said the improvement has been developed based on customer request for a greater working envelope for awkward working positions.
