New president for JLG Service-Plus

JLG Industries has appointed Joe Dixon as president of JLG Service Plus, reporting to Craig Paylor, senior vice president North American sales, marketing and customer support.

JLG expanded it Service Plus operaton as a seperate business in June 2005, with Joseph M. Gullion as president. It provides repair, maintenance, reconditioning, and training on all JLG manufactured products and has locations in McConnellsburg, Pa., and Houston. The company says additional sites are planned for the future. JLG has not commented on where Joseph Gullion has gone.

Joe Dixon

Dixon has spent the last three years as vice president of professional business and equipment rental for Home Depot and prior to that was with Hertz Equipment Rental for 14 years.

"In his new role, Joe will oversee the role played by Service Plus operations in our strategy to expand our after-market business," said Paylor. "His experience in the equipment rental industry will enhance our focus on providing quality products and outstanding service that satisfy customer needs."
