Ron Schad joins Liebherr

US crane and lifting industry veteran Ron Schad has joined Liebherr Nenzing with sales responsibility for its heavy duty crawler and foundation cranes in the Midwest region of the USA, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Schad resigned from crawler crane rental specialist Essex in April last year, after 14 years as chief executive. Prior to that he spent nearly 15 years with Manitowoc, where he was executive vice president of its crawler crane business until 2000.
