Böcker crane for CHS

UK based crane rental company Crane Hire Solutions (CHS) has taken delivery of a Böcker AK35-3000 aluminium boomed truck mounted crane.

Mounted on an 8.2 tonne Mercedes Atego chassis, the AK35-3000’s 24.4 metre main boom and three section telescopic luffing jib provides a maximum tip height of 35 metres. Maximum capacity is three tonnes, and it can take 250kg out to a radius of over 26 metres.

CHS managing director Keith Morgan, said: “We have monitored with interest the growth of the Bocker crane product into an increasing number of UK mobile crane companies and believed the time was right for us to add this increasingly popular crane to our fleet. The crane will be out working as early as Monday of the coming week on an aviation lift.”
