JMS takes big JLG
UK rental company JMS Access has taken delivery of a number of Skyjack scissor lifts and a 185ft JLG 1850 boom lift.
The Skyjack order comprises of ten 26ft 4626s and ten 32ft 4632 scissor lifts. The company has also taken delivery of the JLG 1850 boom lift which it ordered last November. Last month the company took delivery of its 1,000th aerial work platform (see:
JMS fleet reaches 1,000) however the company has said that a series of deliveries has now taken its fleet to over 1,100 machines and shows its intention of supplying large scissor and boom lifts to the industry. The company also said it is looking into buying a second JLG 1850 in the near future.
JMS managing director Mark Jackson, said: “We chose the JLG 1850 due to its on board safety features, superb back up support and its overall quality. We feel being one of the first to own this machine in the UK, shows our customers we are willing to invest and offer them the very best kit worldwide where possible.”
