Three year warranty on some Bobcat telehandlers

Effective this week, Bobcat is making three year warranty standard on all of its regular fixed frame telehandlers, from five to 18 metres.

The company says that the new warranty is a real warranty similar to the normal first year warranty provided by most equipment producers. The longer standard warranty does not apply to the company’s 360 degree telehandlers that are produced in Italy by Dieci as part of a badging deal.

Bobcat produces 14 regular fixed frame telehandlers with lift heights from five to 18 metres

The company said: “As well as showing our confidence in the Bobcat telehandler range, the new three-year warranty demonstrates Bobcat’s commitment to the market as a whole and is complemented by a range of warranty extension programmes from Bobcat. The new three year warranty will also enhance customer confidence and increase resale values for Bobcat telehandlers”.
