Chief executive Leif Gustafsson said: “Human resources development and communication are key positions in a service company like Cramo. We have not had a group level HRD function for some time and we have also lacked a common responsibility for all aspects of external communication. Making Cramo more attractive for employees, attracting the best talents and strengthening the brand further are key areas to lift our position as a leader in the industry to the next level. Thus I am very pleased that we have managed to recruit such qualified persons in these two crucial areas.”
