T H White takes on Palfinger Hooklifts

Palfinger has appointed TH White as its distributor for Palfinger Hook and Skip loaders in England and Wales, bringing these products back together with the Palfinger and Epsilon loader crane ranges which T H White has handled in England and Wales since 1990.

T H White’s has acted as the Palfinger Hook and Skip loader distributor until 2012, when Palfinger transferred the account to King Highway, the Palfinger Platforms distributor. With an ownership change at King, and its greater focus on King Trailers, specialist highway equipment and its growing Skyking access equipment operation, the two parties agreed that Palfinger hook loaders were a better fit with T H White and the loader crane business going forward.

The move also coincides with the doubling of vehicle mounting capacity at the TH White headquarters facility in Devises, with extended workshops- including an integral paint shop. The company has also appointed two new area sales managers to support the Hook and Skip loader business, Steve Bretherton will manage the Northern area, having joined the company in 2013 to handle the Isoli recovery vehicle business. While Mike Connolly, who joined the company earlier this year from commercial vehicle supplier Roger Dyson, will handle the South of England & Wales.
