Kalmars for Austrian port
Austrian container terminal WienCont has ordered three new 10 tonne Kalmar DCG80-100 twin lift capability empty container handlers.
The handlers will be fitted with the Kalmar Smart Fleet monitoring, reverse warning and tyre pressure monitoring systems. Delivery of the machines is scheduled for April 2017.
The three new models join a Kalmar fleet that includes four DRF/DRG reachstackers, two DRF/DRG empty container reachstackers, one DCF100-45E6 empty container handler, one DCG70-32E3 container handler, and one TT612D terminal tractor.

WienCont Container Terminal is a trimodal terminal serving rail, road and inland waterways. A subsidiary of the Port of Vienna, it is the largest combined transport terminal on the Danube and its capacity is expected to grow by three to five percent per year over the next five years.
