New Spierings for Schmidbauer

German crane rental company Schmidbauer has taken delivery of a Spierings SK 597-AT4 mobile self-erecting tower crane.

The four axle crane has a maximum capacity of seven tonnes at up to 14 metres radius, at a hook height of almost 30 metres. It features a 48 metre jib which can be luffed up to 45 degrees above the horizontal, and features a capacity at the jib tip of 1,700kg and a maximum height under hook with jib luffed to its highest angle of almost 51 metres. The crane will be based at the company's premises in Hannover.
