Tom Zorn departs RSC

Erik Olsson, chief operating officer of Rental Service Corporation, (RSC) has replaced Tom Zorn as president of the Rental Service Business Area and CEO of Rental Service Corporation.

Atlas Copco, owner of RSC will not comment on the reasons for the sudden departure of Zorn apart from saying that it was not connected with the groups wish to divest itself of the rental business. Please register to see all images

Olsson has been with Atlas Copco since 1988 in a number of positions, including senior financial posts in Sweden, Brazil, and the United States. He was divisional controller at Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation before joining Rental Service as business area controller and CFO in 2001. Olsson has been in his current position since March 2005.
