All employees receive the company paid healthy benefit from HealthSure Alex Lowe, managing director of HTC Plant Limited, said, “I found out about the HealthSure healthcare cash plan by chance.
“I was looking for an organisation that was able to cover the cost of a standard medical for our tower crane operators, but when I read about the benefits of the HealthSure cash plan, I decided to opt for the policy instead. HealthSure tailored its healthcare package to include the HGV medical, so the plan fits the specified needs and of our organisation perfectly.
“My employees are now able to claim money back towards a wide variety of treatments, including optical, dental and chiropractic. The scheme has been very widely accepted and I have had great feedback from our employees.”
Karen Booth, business consultant at HealthSure said: “HTC Plant Ltd is the first organisation of its kind to provide a HealthSure healthcare cash plan for employees and it is this commitment, that has earnt them this prestigious HealthSure award.
