Almac fleet for SWAT
UK rental company SWAT Access has taken delivery of a number of Almac tracked scissor lifts.
The purchase includes several units each of the 20ft Bibi 850-HE with jack levelling, and the 26ft Bibi 1090-BL Evo Bi-Energy model with automatic chassis levelling.
The Bibi 850-HE employs four long stroke jack cylinders to level the machine up on slopes automatically with the push of a single button. It has a working height of eight metres, an overall stowed width of 790mm and stowed height of 1.88 metres. Platform capacity is 250kg on either the main platform or roll out deck extension. Total weight is 1,730kg.

The Bibi 1090-BL Evo Bi-Energy features the company’s automatic dynamic levelling undercarriage. The system automatically maintains a level platform during travel over uneven ground, by hydraulically compensating and adjusting to changes on the terrain, in terms of side and longitudinal slopes. It has a working height of 10 metres, an overall stowed width of 1.46 metres and overall height of 1.75 metres. Platform capacity is 300kg including the fully extended roll out deck. Total weight is 2,900kg.
