Management changes at Lavendon

Hugh Cole the current managing director of Nationwide Access is moving into a new group-wide role as Lavendon Group operations director with responsibility for improving the standards of performance across the group, including network structure, workshops and engineering, transport, fleet purchasing and acquisition support.

Peter Whittall will move into the Nationwide managing director role, reporting directly to Lavendon CEO, Kevin Appleton.

In the first signs of any integration of the three UK regional rental businesses acquired by Lavendon earlier this year, Richard Miller, the joint managing director of Panther Platform Rentals, will take on responsibility for co-ordinating the strategy of the three business – Panther, AMP and Kestrel.

Andy Goodwin head of finance and administration at Nationwide Access, moves to the role of UK group finance and administration director. His department, currently within Nationwide access, is moving out of Nationwide as it also increasingly supports Lavendon’s regional rental business group. Goodwin will report to Alan Merrell Lavendon group Finance director.
