40 year award for CIBI

Gottwald Port Technology has made a special presentation to Dottore Paolo Bartoli and CIBI S.p.A., for 40 years of loyal service and collaboration.

Bartoli, co-founder and principal of CIBI, was awarded a golden crane in recognition of his contribution to the success of Gottwald in Italy.

“You have earned the respect of Gottwald,” said Giuseppe Di Lisa, Gottwald’s sales director, who presented on behalf of Gottwald. “You have provided an outstanding service to Gottwald and our customers. We applaud your hard work and commitment.”

Gottwald’s partnership with CIBI began in June 1966, with the Italian company was founded in Savona. The company sold its first Gottwald crane later that year.
Since then it has sold 140 harbour cranes, making Italy the largest market for Gottwald Port Technology.
