Ruthmanns for HBV

German sales and rental company Hydraulik Bühnen Verleih (HBV) has taken delivery of three Ruthmann truck mounted platforms, a 20 metre Ecoline RS 200, a 28.5 metre TU 285 and a 51 metre T510 HF.

The RS 200 provides an outreach of 10.7 metres and 250kg platform capacity. The TU 285 has an outreach of 20.5 metres and platform capacity is 320kg, whilst the T510 HF has an outreach of 33 metres, a 600kg maximum platform capacity and around 10 metres of below ground reach.

Managing director Frank Sommer said: “The all wheel single tyres are unique on a 50 metre truck platform, which is really a strong combination. The first two truck mounted platforms by Ruthmann have already been able to provide very good rental services. The T510 HF will fit seamlessly into this squad.”

Headquartered in Spelle, north west Germany, HBV was established in 1992 with only one trailer platform. The company purchased its first scissor lift in 1994, and now it runs a fleet that also includes boom lifts, truck mounted platforms and telehandlers.
