New Jekko mini crawler
Italian spider and mini crawler crane manufacturer Jekko will launch the 11.5 tonne JF365 mini crawler crane later this month.
Developed in partnership with Italian loader crane manufacturer Fassi, the crane has a maximum tip height of 29 metres, at which its capacity is 550kg, and a maximum radius of 26.5 metres, at which it can handle 365kg. It has an overall width of 1.8 metres, overall length of 5.5 metres and an overall height of 2.7 metres.
The crane is radio controlled and is fitted with both a 55 kW Kubota diesel engine, and a 13 kW three phase electric motor. It also comes with a smaller, lighter jib allowing for the installation of a platform. It will be unveiled on the Fassi stand at the IAA Commercial Vehicles show in Hannover, Germany.

Jekko says that the new crane is suitable for working in job sites with restricted space such as crowded town centres.
Jekko sales manager Alberto Franceschini said: “Following the success of the JF545, we decided to maintain the same format and the same configuration, substituting the crane element with one of Fassi’s best sellers, the F365, which operates in the same way as the 545 but without a removable counterweight, resulting in a more compact and lighter crane while offering the same performance.”
