Urban Access liquidation
UK sales and rental company Urban Access has now been formally closed and its assets liquidated.
The company, which is based in Bournemouth, has run into cash flow difficulties several times in the past, and with numerous country court judgements against it, a creditors meeting was called and held a month ago, at which a voluntary liquidation process was agreed, with a liquidator appointed a few days later. We understand that the process is now largely complete.
Urban sold new and used aerial work platforms, and was owned by Neil Wilkinson, having been set up in late 2006. It has distributed a range of manufacturers products over the years including TCA/Worldlift Falcon spider lifts and Oil & Steel truck mounts and smaller spider lifts.
