A large camper van/ RV ran in to the back of a van mounted work platform on Monday in Westfield, near Springfield Massachusetts, due west of Boston, seriously injuring the man in the platform - an employee of a telecoms company.
The RV was towing a pick up truck and in spite of a large warning sign struck the back of the Altec platform pushing it off the road and breaking the fibreglass bucket.
